Monica Dilancian

My name is Monica Dilanchian and I am the Small-Group Account Manager for Marc Rheingold & Associates, Inc. I am originally from the West Coast, and I bring more than 20 years of experience supporting small-group insurance needs. I began my career working alongside local brokers in Southern California before joining a general agency as a Client Service Specialist, where I supported clients throughout the greater Bay Area, including Napa Valley, San Jose, and Silicon Valley.

Throughout my career, I have developed a diverse background in the insurance industry and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate their insurance needs. In a world where technology continues to make so many interactions more impersonal, I believe meaningful, personal engagement is more important than ever. Building relationships, understanding each client's unique needs, and being a trusted resource are at the heart of how I serve my clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the natural beauty of Florida with my husband, son, and extended family. My husband is an independent film consultant, so we also enjoy spending time together at the theater. Our son recently graduated with honors from Archbishop McCarthy and is beginning his college journey at Florida Atlantic University.
